SHIPPING TO YOUR STORE:

SHIPPING COSTS:

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER:

RETURNS:

You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days for us to receive the returned product in our warehouse, after this period has elapsed without having received the product, the return will be definitively canceled.
Once we receive the return, within a maximum period of 5 business days, we will proceed to make a full refund of the amount paid minus the expenses incurred by the original shipment (whether or not they have been paid by the customer), and less the expenses (if any). ) caused by having paid with a means of payment that generated them. Returns that do not contain all accessories and original packaging in good condition will not be accepted.
